Power in His Presence

In the presence of God is fullness of joy and at His right hand are pleasures for evermore.

Where can we find power for daily living? The answer is found in the presence of God. David declared that in the presence of the Lord there is fullness of joy, and at His right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

When the presence of God comes into a room, sickness bows, fear dissolves, and the impossible becomes possible. It was in the presence of God that Moses' face shone; it was in His presence that Isaiah saw the Lord high and lifted up.

The enemy knows that our strength is not in our ability but in our abiding. When we abide in His presence, we are connected to the source of all power. Like branches in the vine, we bear much fruit because the life of the vine flows through us.

Make it your pursuit to dwell in the secret place of the Most High. There you will be overshadowed by His glory and armed with power that no weapon formed against you can withstand.
